You do not need to have purchased your website from Web Agency Plus. We support and maintain websites built by other agencies or developers, as long as the site is accessible and hosted on a supported environment.

How Website Edit Credits Work

Each package includes a set number of Website Edit Credits (support hours):

• 1 edit credit = up to 30 minutes of professional website work
• Credits are used only when work is completed
• More complex tasks may require multiple credits
• Scope is confirmed before work begins

What These Packages Include

Edit credits can be used for website updates, fixes, maintenance, and performance-related tasks such as:

• Content and text updates
• Image replacement and optimization
• Layout and styling adjustments
• Bug fixes and error resolution
• WordPress, plugin, and theme updates

What These Packages Do NOT Include
